At Graindians, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products. As most of our items are food products made with natural ingredients, returns are generally not accepted.
No Returns on Food Items
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
- A package that was opened during delivery
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A partial or full refund
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of being placed. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
